Refund policy
We will only accept the return of goods where the return has been agreed with us in advance and confirmed in writing.
Unless the goods were defective at the time of delivery, you must pay any agreed handling charge before the return is accepted.
Goods must be returned in a saleable condition equivalent to their condition when delivered.
If you believe the goods were defective at the time of delivery, you must notify us in writing, with full details, as soon as possible. You must also allow us a fair opportunity to investigate the issue, which may include access to your premises and product samples where required.
Where goods are found to be defective in materials or workmanship, and you have complied with the above requirements, we will, at our option, either replace the goods or refund the price paid for them.
We are not liable for any other loss or damage arising from the return, defect or use of the goods, including indirect or consequential loss, financial loss, loss of profits or loss of use, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.
Goods should not be returned without our prior written agreement.
